Thank you for buying your own touch of grey from us and we hope you love your new items.
Should your shade of grey not suit your interiors of you have changed your mind then please notify us within 7 days and we will provide a returns form. Please then return the items to us, in a resaleable condition and in their original packaging, within 14 days of receiving your items for a refund. Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain a free proof of postage. We are not able to take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
We are perfectionists and take every care when packaging and shipping your order. We want everything to be faultess. However sometimes an item might slip through our net or damages occur. On these rare occasions and where faults/damages are identified within 30 days of purchase, please notify us. We will then work with you to find a suitable solution whether that is a replacement or return.
